THE BISHOP'S ANNUAL APPEAL

Episcopalians in the diocese are invited to join with the Bishop and ECS in expanding both our vision and our participation in fresh and creative opportunities to minister and serve.  By giving generously to the Bishop's Annual Appeal, we offer strong support of Episcopal Community Services, for ministries such as The Diocese of Tanga orphan support, youth mission trips, or college chaplaincies as well as provide for new ministries of service in our congregations, Diocese, and Communion. Together, we will build communities that grow in love, that give in spiritual fidelity to God, and that serve the world as the very body of Jesus.

Episcopal Community Services (ECS)

Is not this the fast that I choose:  to loose the bonds of injustice, to undo the thongs of the yoke, to let the oppressed go free, and to break every yoke? ... Then shall your light break forth like the dawn...  Isaiah 58:6, 8a
