Stepping Up to Supervision will be offered by the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio and led by the renowned consultant and coach Susan Beaumont.
What is Stepping Up to Supervision?
Preaching? Check. Teaching? Absolutely. Visiting the sick and working to make your community better? Yes, please. All of that may come naturally compared to supervising other people.
If you feel like your education prepared you for everything but this critical part of the job, you’re not the only one.
Supervision—especially within congregations and faith communities—requires a unique set of skills to be successful. Whether you are a pastor, lay leader, or work in your faith community, this training is where those skills are developed.
