Community Connection Grants – Parishes are eligible to apply for one grant per year of up to $750 to support a new initiative to build meaningful relationships with people from their surrounding neighborhood and community. To apply, please send the Rev. Rosalind Hughes an email outlining:

• Your project, including its goals, timeframes, and methods.
• An explanation of how you expect it to build relationships between members of the church and the community.
• Your budget for the project and why you are asking for a grant in support of it.
• The name and contact information for a lay member of the parish involved in the project who can respond to questions about it.
• Please use the subject line “Community Connection Grant Application.”

Adult Faith Formation Grants – Parishes are eligible to apply for one grant per year of up to $500 to support a new parish-based initiative to deepen the spiritual lives of adult members of the congregation. These grants are not available for Education for Ministry (EfM), participation in Diocese of Ohio events, Lay Continuing Education/Formation for individuals, or in support of Children or Youth formation because other sources are available to assist with each of them. To apply, please send the Rev. Rosalind Hughesan email outlining: 

• Your formation initiative, including its goals, timeframes, and methods.
• An explanation of how you expect it to support and deepen the Christian faith, spirituality, and/or education for adult members of your parish. 
• Your budget for the project and why you are asking for a grant in support of it.
• The name and contact information for a lay member of the parish involved in the project who can respond to questions about it.
• Please use the subject line “Adult Formation Grant Application.”
