The NOH8 Campaign will be holding a photoshoot at Christ Church, Oberlin, Monday, October 6, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Founded in California in 2008 in response to the passage of Proposition 8 (which amended the state constitution to ban same-sex marriage), the iconic photographs of ordinary people shown with duct-taped mouths and the signature “NOH8” logo on their cheeks has become an international phenomenon of protest by those who feel silenced by discrimination and bullying of all kinds. Photographs are $40/individual and $25/person for couples or groups. Please wear a white shirt to match the established style of the NOH8 photos. For more information, please visit the event website.
