In this session, we will learn about Mission Maps, a tool available to all our faith communities that can give us insight into census data and other social, environmental, and economic data about the communities around us. We will talk about how Mission Maps reports can come alongside our on-the-ground neighborhood mapping and relationship building. The idea is not to let data make decisions about ministries and mission but rather to help us get even more curious about our neighbors, our neighborhood, and how we can keep building neighborhood relationships for mission. These calls are open to anyone, lay or clergy, who wants to grow in community with others and to explore life-giving mission in their local context. Monthly zoom calls happen every 3rd Wednesday between August – May, and our next call will be Wednesday, October 15 from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Contact Canon Audra Abt for more information.
