The Rev. Dr. Amy Peeler makes a return visit to St. Paul’s, Akron, October 24 for the annual Women’s Dinner at 6:00 p.m., and the All-Parish Breakfast, October 25 at 8:45 a.m. The Rev. Peeler is a New Testament professor at Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois, where she focuses on the writings of St. Paul and the Epistle to the Hebrews. At the women’s dinner, Rev. Peeler will speak on Ephesians 5 and St. Paul’s marriage metaphor. At the all-parish breakfast, Rev. Peeler will guide us through the liturgical season of Ordinary Time ahead of the publication of her new book “Ordinary Time: The Season of Growth.” Call the church at 330.836.9327 ext. 120 to sign up for either event by October 20.
