Join us for an Introduction to Centering Prayer Workshop on January 10 from 3:00 - 4:30 p.m. at St. Michael’s in the Hills, Toledo. Centering Prayer is a contemplative practice that restores and grounds us in ways that most of us deeply need in our overly busy, anxious world. The practice is a spiritual antidote that opens us to the calm and revitalization of resting in God. The workshop will be led by John Fousek and Pat Mills, instructors trained through Contemplative Outreach, Ltd. Follow-up practice sessions will be offered for those interested. Please RSVP or call 419.531.1616 with questions.
