New this spring, The Warden Connection is a monthly virtual space created in response to wardens’ interest in connecting with one another for support, shared wisdom, and encouragement in leadership in the Diocese of Ohio. Senior and Junior Wardens are welcome to join as they are able—no registration required.
We will meet on the second Tuesday of each month from 12:00-1:00 p.m., beginning March 10. Our first conversation, “The First 90 Days as a Warden,” will focus on practical insights from new and experienced wardens about starting strong and sustaining leadership with a new vestry. Facilitated by Russ Tripi, Canon for Leadership Development, wardens are encouraged to come ready to share questions, experiences, and wisdom with one another. The Zoom link can be found here.
