Do I still need to RSVP if I am participating in the service?
Yes, please RSVP by April 11, 2023 so we can make sure we have all of our information in one place. This will help us plan accordingly for the various events of the weekend.
I’m not sure what RSVP link to use, can you help me?
Sure. If you have a question about which RSVP link to use, please contact transitioncommittee@dohio.org and we can help.
What should I wear to the service?
Choir: Please wear the vestments your parish choir would wear on a typical Sunday
Lay presenters, lectors, testimonial readers, gift presenters, ushers and greeters, and procession participants (individuals in diocesan leadership, i.e. Standing Committee or Diocesan Council): Please wear whatever dress clothes you would typically wear on a Sunday at your parish
Lay eucharistic ministers: Please wear a white alb. If you wear a cincture, it may be red or white.
Vergers: Please wear what a verger in your parish would wear on a Sunday
Acolytes: Please wear a cassock and surplice. If you don’t have one available, you could also wear an alb
Clergy:
We will have a cassock and surplice lending library in meeting room LL05BC. If your parish has extra cassocks and surplices, please bring those to share.
