The Diocese of Ohio is part of the worldwide Anglican Communion represented in the United States by The Episcopal Church.
The Episcopal Church of Ohio ministers in our Church and in our communities in many inspiring ways.
Through Episcopal Community Services (ECS) parishes apply for and receive financial support to create partnerships that strengthen communities, give in spiritual fidelity to God, and serve the world as the very body of Jesus.
Through the Bishop’s Annual Appeal communicants and congregations of the Diocese of Ohio support Episcopal Community Services (ECS). This annual fundraising effort provides essential resources for ECS to help parishes fund community ministries. Every year monies raised through the Appeal provide: formational positions for recently ordained clergy; youth and adult mission work in this diocese and beyond; diocesan internships for high school and college students; and other initiatives that build up the vitality for our church. These are ministries in which we share and that we make possible through our combined gifts and ministries.
Episcopal Church Services and Church Home Grant Request Form Submission deadline, September 30. (The deadline has passed to apply for the ECS Grant. Next year's grant application will be available in late summer, 2023.)
The Episcopal Community Services builds Episcopal identity, collaboration and community in nothern Ohio through strategic grant-making on behalf of the people of the Episcopal Diocese of Ohio.
