Trinity, Toledo has received press from numerous publications regarding their summer music camp for refugees. Find the coverage below.

Trinity Episcopal Church is sponsoring a weeklong music camp for refugee children and teens in the Toledo area. Participants will receive instruction in American music and tap dance, learning “God Bless America” and a new song by Toledo composer Craig Thompson, “Sharing a Dream.”
Sara Jobin, former resident conductor for the Toledo Symphony, is music director for the project. Thirty-six children are registered for the event, which runs from June 25-29, at the church, 316 Adams St. A culminating performance will be at 7 p.m. June 29.

US Together Toledo has partnered with Trinity Episcopal Church to organize a week-long camp for refugee children and youth, culminating with a program featuring their artwork, song and dance performances, and recitations from Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech. Thirty six young people signed up for the camp will be directed by Sarah Jobin, the soon departing Resident Conductor of the Toledo Symphony, and Helle Wahhaba Larson, an actress traveling from Denmark to teach the children tap dancing.

Trinity Episcopal Church was filled with the sounds of 36 Syrian refugee kids paying homage to America this 4th of July.
After attending a week-long camp put together by US Together Toledo, the kids put on a one of a kind performance for locals Friday night.
