In accordance with Title III, Canon 1 of the Constitutions and Canons of the Episcopal Church, each diocese shall assist in understanding that all baptized are called to minister in Christ’s name, to identify their gifts with the help of the Church and to serve Christ’s mission at all times and in all places. The role of the Commission on Ministry (COM) is to advise and assist the Bishop in the implementation of Title III.

Application for Continuing Education Grant
The goal of a Continuing Education Grant is the upgrading or broadening of the knowledge and skills which directly apply to the work of the recipient. Clergy and lay professionals employed within the diocese are eligible to apply for a Continuing Education Grant. Retired clergy and lay professionals who are continuing to serve the Church in retirement are also eligible to apply.
