Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church, a parish with a rich history and bright future in the Diocese of Ohio, seeks a Senior Associate Rector to join our clergy team in shared leadership and pastoral ministry. We are eager to call a priest who feels drawn to invest deeply in our parish community for five to eight years, building relationships, strengthening discipleship, and nurturing Christian formation across all ages. We are seeking an experienced priest who thrives in collaborative ministry, delights in forming lay leaders, and brings creativity and depth to Christian education, small groups, and spiritual formation. The Senior Associate Rector will work closely with the Rector, clergy colleagues, staff, and lay leadership to help Saint Paul’s live more fully into its mission of Seeking. Serving. Loving.
