The Diocesan Controller is a proven performer in all areas of non-profit finance. The Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the Diocese of Ohio, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and canons of The Episcopal Church, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial guidance to the Diocese and supporting its parishes. This role involves preparing accurate financial reports, managing budgets and forecasts, working with auditors, and leading a team of finance professionals.

Compensation
This is a full-time position that includes benefits as approved in the current edition of the Employee Policy Handbook of the Diocese of Ohio, including 100% employer-paid health and dental insurance, disability and life insurance, and retirement plan as well as generous PTO and paid Holidays.
