Parish Administrator
Reporting to the Rector, the Parish Administrator serves as the primary coordinator of the administrative life of St. Barnabas. This position is responsible for supporting parish communications, office operations, record keeping, facilities coordination, and the day-to-day functioning of the parish.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a welcoming, professional demeanor. They should be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining accurate records, producing high-quality written communications, and working collaboratively with clergy, staff, volunteers, parishioners, and members of the wider community.
