Oberlin Weekday Community Meals, a program of Christ Episcopal Church of Oberlin, seeks a full-time Program Coordinator to implement our vision of a collaborative and joyful community dining experience. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed, organized leader with a passion for and experience in grass-roots organizing, empowering others, and bringing a diverse community together around a shared goal of providing delicious and nutritious free meals in a welcoming environment. The position requires outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, supervisory experience, and a willingness to network locally to promote and grow the program and its opportunities for participation. Desired qualifications include food service, asset-based community development, event planning, fundraising, and grant writing experience, with a commitment to diversity.
