The Episcopal Faith
The Episcopal Church of Ohio ministers in our Church and in our communities in many inspiring ways.
The offices help support parishes by providing resources, organizing events, and other activities.

Why do we do that?
In The Episcopal Church, we talk about “the ministry of all baptized persons” which rests on our conviction that all baptized persons are ministers.
The Episcopal Church is a liturgical church. The use of the term liturgy has come to mean many things over the years, but in a nutshell, it essentially means two things: that all the people are participants in the worship service; and that everything we use, do, and wear in the liturgy has meaning.
Perhaps the best answer for why we as Christians and Episcopalians take Communion is that Jesus told us to.
