Introducing Regional Gatherings
At Convention, we announced that our Rhythms of Gathering discernment, along with our shared desire for greater connectivity, deeper formation, and stronger support for ministry across the Diocese of Ohio, has led us to replace Winter Convocation with Regional Gatherings beginning in 2026. Building on the legacy of Convocation, these new gatherings will strengthen relationships, support local collaboration, and cultivate the transformational work already happening in our communities of faith. Each Regional Gathering will include:
Our first Regional Gathering will take place in the Akron/Canton region on May 28–30. While these gatherings are rooted in the life of each region, all in the diocese will be welcome to attend. More information and registration details will be shared soon.
