• August 11 - Constitutional amendment deadline
• September 10 - Nominations (to be listed in the Convention Handbook)
• September 10 - Resolutions (to be listed in the Convention Handbook)
• September 25 - Canonical deadline for resolutions
• October 10 - Hotel reservations
• October 10 - Lay employee report
• October 10 - Parish audit
• October 10 - Parochial report
• October 10 - Diocesan Assessments
• October 10 - Certification of Delegates, Alternates, and Youth Representatives
• October 10 - Registration (Please note: you must certify delegates and register. These are two separate processes and both must be completed.)
• October 10 - Childcare registration
• October 10 - Necrology information is due

Please note: Parishes not in compliance with canonical deadline can attend convention but will not have voting privileges
