September 11 - Resolutions (to be listed in the Convention Handbook)

October 7 - Canonical deadline for resolutions

October 22 - ALL Financial and Reporting Compliance, Convention Registration, & Certification

• Diocesan Assessments (through June 30, 2026)
• Exhibitor Registration
• Lay Employee Report
• Necrology
• Parochial Reports

• Youth Representative Certification (if staying overnight, youth under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
• Childcare Registration (available Saturday for children ages infants-12)

Please note: Parishes not in compliance with canonical deadline can attend convention but will not have voting privileges.
