Dr. Dwight Zscheile, you'll find practical, hands-on sessions for delegates, clergy, and lay leaders alike — whether you're rethinking Sunday worship, discerning your community's changing context, or making sense of your parish's numbers. Rooting in the Vine: Renewing the Church's Identity
The Rev. Dr. Dwight Zscheile, author of Embracing the Mixed Ecology and a leading voice on missional leadership and the Church’s participation in God’s mission, joins Bishop Anne for an interactive keynote centered on this year’s theme, Faith Development in Community. Together, they will consider the changing realities of the Church while turning our attention toward where God is already at work. Through Scripture, reflection, storytelling, and practical exercises, we’ll widen our vision, reconnect with our “why,” and explore how God may be inviting us to bear new fruit in our communities.

Reveal, Renew, Renovate: A Creative Approach to Morning Prayer
With Morning Prayer becoming increasingly common on Sunday mornings, join us to explore the theology of Morning Prayer and how to build a faithful and effective service for your parish. During this workshop, we will discuss the “why” of Morning Prayer, the many options and resources available to you (including some musical resources), and we will conduct a “mock Morning Prayer” service to see it all in action!

College for Congregational Development (CCD): Where are we—and where is God calling us?
Join our diocesan CCD trainers for an engaging exploration of the changing contexts of our faith communities. We’ll challenge assumptions we make about our neighbors and the needs of our communities—and discover what’s possible when we approach them with fresh curiosity. We’ll explore two CCD models that help us see our networks in new ways, ask better questions, and use data alongside discernment to understand what’s really happening around us. Come ready to look again, think differently, and discover what your community is telling you.

From Parochial Report to Assessment: Understanding the Data Behind Your Numbers
Ever wonder how the numbers you submit on the Parochial Report actually turn into your parish's annual assessment? In this one-hour session, Parish Treasurers, Office Administrators, and Vestry Members will get a clear walkthrough of that connection — what data feeds the assessment reconciliation, why accuracy on the Parochial Report matters, and how to avoid common mistakes that lead to reconciliation headaches later. You'll leave with a clearer picture of the process end-to-end and practical tips for gathering and reporting the right numbers the first time.
