The Constitution of the Diocese of Ohio requires that parishes comply with the following requirements at least 30 days prior to Convention in order for lay delegates to vote at Convention:
To help all parishes track what they need to do for Convention, we are happy to announce that we have created individual Trello boards for each parish. Request access to your parish's board by filling out the form below. This information will be updated every Wednesday and will reflect what the Bishop’s Staff has received. A sample Trello board is available.
The information on the boards also tracks whether a certification of delegates has been received, and the total number of delegates and youth representatives registered for the various parts of the weekend. A note will be added to the board with the names of those registered or certified.
Please note: this information is private. No one outside of your parish will be able to see your information.
