The Finance Office of the Diocese of Ohio provides information, education and assistance to parishes in a broad range of financial matters.

Standard Mileage Rates for 2023

The IRS has update the standard mileage rates for the calendar year 2023, in news release IR-2022-234, as follows:

  • Business miles: 65.5 cents per mile (increased from 62.5 cents per mile for last six months of 2022);
  • Medical or moving miles: 22 cents per mile (unchanged from 2022); and
  • Charitable mileage: 14 cents per mile (unchanged from 2022)
